Stellar Labs Announces Financing of $8.6M Seed Round of Funding

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, NOVEMBER 16, 2015 – Stellar Labs, the first complete digital marketplace for private aviation, today announced the results of its seed funding rounds. The company raised $8.6M, backed by top institutional investors, strategic investors and prominent angel investors.

The round includes participation from Structure Capital, Sherpa Ventures, Western Technology Investments, Camp One Ventures, Impossible Ventures, Aslanoba Capital, Dolby Family Ventures, Rob Solomon, Geoff Baldwin, Scott and Cyan Bannister, Chris Skarakis, and Robert Schumacher.

Stellar’s advanced science and technology delivers solutions for private jet operators including real-time revenue management, powerful optimization, automated pricing and dynamic scheduling. The company will soon launch its iOS app which will give private jet travelers the ability to search, select, filter, book and pay for flights in minutes from their iPhone.

The company used the funds to build out an extensive technology team, design a world-class operator and consumer interface, and significantly increase the core functionality of the platform.
