Customer Portal DocuSign Integration is Complete

After launching the customer portal last month, we’re happy to announce its first new feature addition – an integration with DocuSign! This integration allows flying customers to view and sign required documents when booking a flight, in one seamless workflow.

The customer portal is a gateway for operators and brokers to connect, exchange data and collaborate on trip details with their customers. Flying customers log into the portal via their browser (on any device) to view their requested quote, trip and aircraft details, view prices and terms/conditions and book a flight. All of this data is synced with your FL3XX system automatically. Our customer portal is a white-label solution, allowing you to add your logo and updating the colors within the portal to match the look and feel of your brand.
